Eagle Productivity Solutions, a Henrietta firm that provides consulting and custom training for pharmaceutical companies, has named a managing director of its European division.
Eagle opened its office in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2010. The company works with 18 of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, including German firm Boehringer Ingelheim, which produces products such as Spiriva and Zantac.
Elizabeth Carpenter has been with Eagle since 2008. She most recently served as design manager in the company’s solutions development division.
In her new role, Carpenter will work at the Europe office managing business development and expansion of the company’s European customer base, officials said.
In May, Eagle announced plans to open a 9,000-square-foot training facility across from its headquarters on Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road. The company also announced plans to open its first office in Asia by the end of the year.
CEO Robert Cannan said the expansion plans will add approximately 30 employees to Eagle’s worldwide staff of 110, the vast majority of most of whom work in Rochester. He said most, if not all, of the 30 new employees will work overseas.
