The E. Philip Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology has been named to a list of the top undergraduate business programs in the nation.

The school was ranked No. 93 on the list of the top 100 undergraduate business schools by Bloomberg Businessweek. Officials at the Saunders College, which also was included on last year’s list, see the placement as a validation for they work they are doing.

“Our national rankings help highlight our strengths in developing students,” said dt ogilvie, dean of the Saunders College, in a statement.

The undergraduate program has minors in nine business disciplines, including accounting, business administration, digital business, entrepreneurship, finance, international business, management, management information systems and marketing.

For the list Bloomberg Businessweek surveyed more than 27,000 students from the class of 2013 at 145 schools. The survey also collected responses from 218 corporate recruiters who hire undergraduate business students.
