Omaha Steaks on Thursday opened its new store in Pittsford at 3240 Monroe Ave.

The Nebraska-based premium beef and gourmet foods retailer, Omaha Steaks International Inc., has more than 80 stores in 27 states.

The first 500 customers at the new Pittsford location will receive a free bag of Beef Jerky. Through June, the store will offer 40 percent off everything as well as eight free burgers with any $25 purchase.

“We are pleased to be opening our newest store in Pittsford bringing Omaha Steaks to the upper New York area,” said Todd Simon, senior vice president and an owner of the family business, in a statement. “We are excited to share…Omaha Steaks with the community.”
