Rochester-based Riedman Cos. on Friday is marking the opening of the Hammocks at Canandaigua, a 200-unit luxury-style apartment community.

The apartment homes feature contemporary designs with individual laundry rooms, along with covered porches, attached garages and kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Anchoring the community is a 24-hour access clubhouse featuring a great room, business center, library, fitness center, theater room, heated pool and fire pit area.

The community design also features green space with community gardens and walking trails throughout.

Riedman Cos. is a real estate development, investment, property and asset management company.  Since 1993, the business has developed, built, owned, managed and marketed a wide range of residential, industrial, light industrial and retail properties throughout the Rochester, Finger Lakes, and Syracuse regions.
