Rochester Business Journal
January 28, 2014

Faber Homes is breaking ground on the final section of its Berkshire Park neighborhood in Henrietta.

The section will feature 77 new home sites, bringing the entire development to 485 homes. The neighborhood features sidewalks, street lights and a community park on the Genesee River.

“With mortgage rates on a slow rise, now is a perfect time for growing families and first time homebuyers to build a custom home,” said Bernard Iacovangelo, president and CEO of Faber Homes, a dba for Faber Construction Co. Inc., in a statement.

Prices in the new section start at $152,900 for a ranch-style home, and reach a maximum base model value of $171,900 for a two-story home.
