The first new Arthur Treacher’s Fish & Chips will open March 10 in Irondequoit as part of Salvatore’s Old Fashioned Pizzeria and will offer home delivery, officials announced Wednesday.

The eatery will be located at 2055 East Ridge Road.

Local franchisee Salvatore Fantauzzo announced the return of Arthur Treacher’s to the area Tuesday. He plans to open several locations in the Rochester area.

Fantauzzo, also known as Soccer Sam, owns Salvatore’s Old Fashioned Pizzeria and is a co-owner of the Rochester Lancers indoor soccer team.

Arthur Treacher’s, a subsidiary of New York City-based TruFoods LLC, has 66 restaurants in the U.S.
