RAPA's Tony Awards Viewing Fundraising Benefit: Join WROC TV News Channel 8 and Rochester Association of Performing Arts to celebrate Broadway theater's biggest night at RAPA's East End Theatre, 727 E. Main St., and watch the Tony Awards live at 7 p.m. The fundraising benefit will be hosted by RAPA's artistic director, Judith Ranaletta, and house manager, John C. Ninfo II. The Tony Awards recognize achievement in live Broadway theater, and RAPA is holding a viewing party, New York City-style! Attendees will be able to dine on hors d'oeuvres, wine and beer. Tickets are $45 per person or $80 per couple. There will be a special performance by RAPA's Roc City Singers, led by Artistic Director Ranaletta.
