Two area wealth management firms are planning free events for Eastman Kodak Co. employees and retirees who may have questions in light of recent news of the firm’s uncertain future.
Invest-In Services of Lakeville plans discussions at noon Jan. 16 and at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 17 at Black and Blue restaurant in Pittsford Plaza.
The focus of these discussions will be the potential effects Kodak’s situation could have on both the KRIP and Savings and Investment Plan retirement plans.

Brighton Securities has four community resource meetings scheduled to help address questions for Kodak employees and retirees.
George Conboy, president of Brighton Securities, specializes in local and national economic analysis and fundamental business analysis. He is to be joined by fellow financial advisers at Brighton Securities who will add their insight and answer questions.
Meetings are 5:30 p.m. Thursday, 4 p.m. Friday, 5:30 p.m. Jan. 17 and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 18 at Brighton Securities office, 1703 Monroe Ave. in Brighton.
