Coast Professional Inc. plans to lease space in Henrietta and add 103 full-time workers, officials said Tuesday.

The workers' entry level pay will be in the range of $45,000. The student loan receivables firm employs 130 in Geneseo, Livingston County.

Based in West Monroe, La., Coast Professional was approved for tax breaks of $61,760 by the County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency. The benefit to the community is projected to be $2.3 million, COMIDA officials said.

Coast Professional wants to lease 10,000 square feet at 50 Methodist Hill Drive and spend $772,000 on servers, computer hardware and software, licensure, telephony, and other equipment and furniture.

The company chose the Henrietta location because of its proximity to the Geneseo offices and because of the area’s quality workforce, Chief Operating Officer Roxanne Baker said.

Coast Professional opened its Geneseo location in late 2009. It provides collection services to 200 colleges, universities and guaranty agencies, and is a leading small-business contractor for the U.S. Department of Education, officials said.

COMIDA also approved tax breaks of $8,800 for Elizabeth Wende Breast Care LLC, which plans to invest $110,000 in equipment for its 32,500-square-foot facility at 170 Sawgrass Drive in Brighton. The community benefit is projected to be $81,769.

The firm employs 128 and expects to add two jobs.
