Each week, the Rochester Business Journal publishes The List, a ranking of the top 25 local businesses in a variety of categories. Every list for the year is included in the annual publication called “The Lists.” This annual publication is the ultimate reference guide to Rochester’s top companies, organizations and leaders. Containing entries for more than 80 different business categories, this guide provides detailed information on the organizations and individuals who run them.  You will find such information as employment numbers, sales revenues and contact information for companies.

The Lists is mailed to all paid subscribers annually in January. It also is available for purchase through our office by calling (585) 546-8303, online at the Newsstand and at select retailers such as Barnes and Noble, Borders Books and Music and Worldwide News.

The Lists also is available in electronic form as a data file in text or Excel format.  The comprehensive data file typically contains more than 3,400 contact names with complete mailing addresses, titles, phone numbers and employment and sales figures where available.

The Lists (electronic data file) allows you to easily create contact lists for business development, mailing lists for direct mail campaigns, or import into your existing database programs.  You have unlimited use of the file, since you own it.
