Rochester Business Journal publishes Legal Notices weekly, with new editions published each Friday. The deadline for legal notices is noon on Monday prior to the issue the legal notice is due to first run. Legal notices are $1 per agate line for each week they are published. In addition, at the end of publication, there is a charge of $1 for each affidavit requested. We will contact you to confirm the start date and the cost of the Legal Notice, as well as send a proof prior to publishing.
